Construction Details:

This was a last minute cosplay that turned out pretty well. I already had the nurse's outfit (it's a basic sexy nurse costume from the halloween store). I tea stained and burned the dress. The sweater I found at the thrift store. The shoes were as well, although they were initially silver. The wig belongs to a friend. I simply tucked the bangs and put it in a low half ponytail. The cap is made from a cut up T-shirt, which I tea stained to match the dress.
The makeup was my first go at scar/scab makeup. Although I'll make a few changes in the future, I'm pretty satisfied with my first go. Please message me if you have any questions about the makeup.
The contacts are white screen contacts. Unlike normal white contacts, they cover the iris with white as well. But unlike white-out contacts, there are "holes" in the white, allowing you to still see through. When you look at them up close they kind of look like fly eyes. I love these things.

Personal Thoughts:

It's nice to have a buddy walk around with me when I wear this. Whenever I walk into direct sunlight, the light hitting the contacts makes me completely blind. Really freaked me out the first time. Eventually it just became funny. Whenever we started walking towards the sunlight, someone would just grab my arm and start directing me through it. My own personal seeing eye dogs. Haha.
