The top hat was from Amazon. I knew I needed to find one that was shorted than most and I go really lucky. If it were just a tiny bit bigger around it would fit perfectly!
The ankh was the first thing I bought for her. We were at the yearly Renaissance Faire at Ohio State when I saw it. I checked with my hubby about the size, but I knew that was the ankh for me. I may get a slightly longer cord or chain for it so it hangs just a little bit lower and looks a little better.
The cami I've had for a few years, so that was easy. The jacket I got at Goodwill. When I saw it, I knew I had found the right jacket. The jeggings were from Target and they're a little faded, but I like it. I was going to go with skinny jeans, but they didn't have them in my size. Luckily the jeggings were right behind me and were in my size!
The boots were given to me by a friend of mine years ago. She didn't wear them anymore and thought I could use them for a cosplay. Little did we know how useful those boots would end up being. My only complaint is how stiff those soles are, but it seems to be either flexible soles or chunky soles. - Personal Thoughts:
- After reading Death: The High Cost of Living, I wanted to do Didi. She has an interesting and fun day and wears a great outfit. Also, how often do you see Didi and not Death?
Wig Details
- Styling Notes
- I removed the ponytail wefts with an X-Acto knife because all of my seam rippers were hiding from me. Also I wanted to have the option of using the wefts for another wig if needed. Once that was off it just needed some hairspray and it was ready to go!
- Wig Review
- Wonderful wig. It fits great. I just needed to do a little bit of work (see notes) to get the look perfect for her.
