Construction Details:

I already owned most of the parts of this from other costumes. The only parts I made specifically for this were the purple & silver peplums with the crescent moon rhinestone outlined cutie marks, the helmet, the necklace & bracelets & the wings. The ears & horn are from Yaya. I designed my outfit to mirror BeckyTaka's Celestia. BANISHED TO THE MOON.

Personal Thoughts:

My Little Pony: Drinking Cocktails is Magic. If anyone knows me, they know how obsessed I've been with my little ponies. When the show first aired & I saw Nightmare Moon I fell in love that the show actually had a badass villain. How could I pass up the chance to make a gijinka of her costume? I'm so happy the group went as well as it did & that I got to hang out with some of my favorite girls dressed as drunk ponies (the best kind). This costume had so much glitter, rhinestones & sparkles. Plus I needed another excuse to wear my cat-slit contacts. They don't get enough love.
