Construction Details:

Made the skirt in a day, then used as many petticoats as I could find that colour coordinated with the outfit. The top is a tshirt that's been cut and sewn together for that fine, craftsmanship detail as is appropriate to such a derpy outfit. (Seeing as that's basically how they made it in the series as well.)
