/Jacket and Pants: Yellow stretch poplin
/Design on pants: Iron-on reflective tape. :D
/Belt/rope-thing: Cotton piping, 20g. wire, hot glue, red cotton fabric
/Armor: Wonderflex, Plasti-Dip, spray paint, acrylic paint, gloss top coat
/Embroidery: all by hand - approx 36 hours worth of work.
/Chainmail: European 4-in-one style. All by me.

I busted my chops on this outfit. Improved a bit for Otakon 2011. I'll probably work on it a bit more for Ohayocon 2012.
