Construction Details:

Blazer was purchased second hand and altered to fit along with the addition of lace. Patch is made of heat and bond and gold vinyl. Beret is made of wool twill left overs and stuffed to give it shape. The skirt is basic box pleat skirt with lace trim. Stockings were purchased, skirt and tie were purchased. Sword was repainted to match Stocking's designs.

Personal Thoughts:

Dr. Hikaru and myself wore Panty and Stocking to Sac-Anime for just the day. At the end of the day we decided switch costumes.
