Construction Details:

Hideyoshi is one of my favorites in the show and after much debate over who I should cosplay as, my friends convinced me to be Hideyoshi. I found a boys blazer and added the bias tape to it and replaced the buttons. I added black bias tape to a collared white button-down shirt. The pants are made completely from scratch with belt loops and everything (mostly because I need pants to assure myself that they're not going to fall off XD). I followed a random pattern online, and that was a terrible idea. It was a headache and I had a very difficult time. I did quite a lot of seam ripping, and then the pants ripped before we left for the con. I need to redo my stitches.

The ties were made entirely by my Yuuko. She found a tutorial on deviantart and cut out the pieces for the ties. Mine is slightly interfaced at the bottom. The crests were made with fabric paint and a very steady hand plus a stencil we made.

Styling Notes

Super easy style. The only cutting I did was for the center bangs.
