Construction Details:

This was a really easy costume to make. I bought the wig ages ago when I first decided to cosplay as Azusa. The wig was a piece of cake to cut and style. A friend had a giant white t-shirt that we modified and and painted. The skirt is made out of two layers of broadcloth (one black, one white) with tulle sewed between them for the poof! I bought the blue tights online and bought the shoes. We made the little red hairpieces out of painted styrofoam balls attached to bobby pins to stick into the wig.
