About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- Both the skirt and the shirt come from two different cosplays that I have pieced together here. I made the hairbow and styled the wig.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I'll admit, one of the reasons I like Monaco is because she looks like a female version of Austria, lol. I hope to see more of her!
