Construction Details:

Bought the suit and whistle on Ebay, and styled the wig myself (though I still think it looks a bit too "flippy" in the back).

Personal Thoughts:

Sue is SO much fun to cosplay! I was just horrible and rude and I had a megaphone to let everyone around me know it! XD
