Construction Details:

This cosplay was a lot of fun, even though I had to get over the fact that I was wearing a belly shirt >_>

The shirt is a stretchy material from Jo-Ann's. The tie is left over fabric that my friend had lying around. The jeans I bought at JC Penny and sewed the white fabric onto. The boots I already owned.
The hat was interesting. We (being Patty and I) bought cheap black cowboy hats at a party store. We then tried spray painting them white, but it was just absorbing. So then we painted them with acrylic paints and then even house paints...until it finally stayed white. The white cloth tip and blue under around the hat and underneath is fabric glued on. The white stitch things are folded bias tape, hot glued on. They turned out WAY better than I was expecting.
The wig I bought at a store and cut it. It's kind of light for Liz, but it works just fine :)
