Because the costume has gone through years of wear and tear through different owners, I've since completely remade and replaced the gloves, replaced the shoes, made a new choker, and Windofthestars was kind to give me a "pure heart crystal" that I still need to get photos with, whoops! It was great to have Cyberbird as Uranus at Katsucon 2010, even if we tried to hide the height difference lol

Personal Thoughts:

Sailor Neptune has been my favorite (along with Venus) since I first watched Sailor Moon back in 1996. I figured that I should probably cosplay her after 15 years of writing fanfics and ogling her beautiful design.
