Construction Details:

I've had my hair pink for 6 years now. As a result, quite a few of my friends had been telling me I needed to do this character/costume. I finally decided to make her a Halloween costume, & to make my girlfriend a Flo (from Progressive) costume to match. It was simple to make, & fun to wear.
