Construction Details:

The perfect color fabric for the shirt was bought from Jo-anns. Headband was a black hairband covered in blue fabric. Wig was bought from wigfashion on eBay and Highlighted pink with a pink sharpie. The boots were bought online, as were the blue thigh high socks. Earring was hand made, contacts are Acuvue 2 Opaques in Sapphire Blue, the shorts were altered from an existing pair. This costume is so comfy and cute, it's a very nice color palette and is yet recognizable as Sheryl!
