I wasn't sure if I could get this costume done by Megacon, but here it is! The hat is made of 2way and the dress has princess seams. All of the polka dots are hand-painted (btw, all Joanns fabrics in Tampa need to restock their white fabric paint). I bought the wig from Yankenshop off eBay, which is a seller I now have in my favorites.
