Construction Details:

If I remember correctly, the cape was some weird stretchy fabric that I drafted a pattern for and painted, the top (if you want to call it that) was a dancer tube top with craft foam stars hotglued to it, and the leggings were dance leggings that I added an old pair of swim bottoms to and painted. The boots were just gogo boots, and the wig was a travesty of nature. XD

Personal Thoughts:

This was one of my first "OMG WHY IS THIS SO FRUSTRATING??" costumes. ....And it shall never see the light of day again, since it's so awful. LOL

Styling Notes

Originally I attempted to dye a wig... and all I got out of it was a week's ban from the internet and the job of scrubbing red Sharpie residue off of the walls of my mom's garage. Fun times! Eventually I just bought a wig and some fibers from Amphigory, looked up several tutorials on wefting and stubbing and caulking, and set out to work. ...NEVER AGAIN, I SAY.
