Construction Details:

This costume was incredibly easy to make. I just picked up a vistorian dress pattern, a few yards of silky white and some blue ribbon, and cranked away at it! I had to add a couple extra panels of white to get that flowy look, but it came out really well! We won best skit in show at Anime Wasabi!
