Construction Details:

This costume went through a few different stages... when I first started wearing it, I was wig-less. The second time I wore it, I bought a wig and tryed to style it like my in-game ragnarok character... I failed miserably, and looked more like a viking woman than a priestess =P. My third attempt was finally successful, as the second wig I bought was much easier to style and I loved how it came out. In fact, I used the same wig for my dancer costume as well =D.

By the time I made this costume, I had been cosplaying for about a year and my craftsmanship was finally starting to get better. This was the first costume I made that was well constructed enough to survive multiple conventions (before I could wear them maybe once before they started to fall apart at the seams xD). I also started getting picky about my fabric choices by this point... I searched EVERYWHERE for the absolute perfect shade of black/purple velvet
