About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- I made everything but the epaulettes, which were made for me by Anthy's hubby XD. Around the bottom of the skirt I think its something like 6 or 7 yards lol. I used a petticoat for this costume because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to sit down with a hoop skirt.. I cut the shirt out 5 times- princess seams are the devil!
