Construction Details:

I based the pattern of a few jackets I have already done and modified the bottom shape. I used thicker interfacing and horse hair in the bottom hem to help keep the "bell" shape in the jacket. Serephita embroidered the Ushiromiya one winged eagle for me. The crown was beaded on wire and held to a covered headband with elastic. It did slip around a bit so I may have to add sturdy clips, or just sew it to the head band. I still need to add the ruffles to the skirt and the bottom of the jacket. I dropped the ball on this before the con and ended up only giving my self about a month to work on this and my Masquerade costume.

Personal Thoughts:

I had talked about doing this for a year with my friend Serephita Cosplay for Katsucon 2015. It was so nice to finally cosplay with her!

I was lucky, this was out of the bag and arrange the bangs.
