Construction Details:

Chest armor is made from craft foam and worbla on top of a military plate carrier.
Shoulder pads, forearm gauntlets, and knee/shin pads are also craft foam and worbla.
Cape is made from a single piece of red material found at Joann's Fabrics and sewn and glued to give it the folds.
Helmet is made from an old army helmet found at a surplus store. I turned it backwards and cut out a slot for my eyes. Painted it and covered sections of it in worbla. The wings are made from craft foam and worbla based off The Avengers Thor movie helmet wings.
Mjolnir is made from 4 2"x6" blocks glued together with a 1 1/4" wooden dowl inserted in the middle. Sides were covered in bondo, sanded and then all painted with metallic spray paint (5 coats). Handle is covered in ornate pieces of craft foam and then covered in craft foam. Leather strap is cut from natural cowhide and dyed. Then bolted to the end of the handle then covered in worbla to hide the bolt.

Personal Thoughts:

This is my first fully made by me cosplay. I only wore it once and will be working on an updated version of it (aka Mk II)
