About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- Entire costume is made from twill (bloomers, skirt, top/vest, front panel, hat and cape). All of the stars are cast from resin, sanded and painted. Broom is a dark bamboo rod with straw-looking stuff from Michaels. Wig is 2 Arda wigs sewn together. Belts are made from pleather.
