Construction Details:: The tutu I bought for this outfit was the best $40 I ever spent. Surprisingly comfy too, and it's a bit more recognizable to people (if you have the character down the right way, that is). Still, this costume is a tun of fun to wear, and the best part? People laugh it up EVERY time I'm in it.
